Great bread box

This is a very sleek looking bread box and looks wonderful on my counter. Can put 2 loafs of bread and still have room for other baked goods.

Love this box!

This is my second purchase of this bread box. It’s quite roomy and very stylish. I didn’t notice that this version prevented fingerprints, but that wasn’t an issue. It functions well. Only caveat is this version is made of slightly “lighter” metal. Not a deal breaker for me but I would have liked it to be a bit less expensive.

ARE BRABANTIA COST CUTTING BY REDUCING SPECS?

We have a number of Brabantia items, so Brabantia was a natural choice for our new bead bin. On the surface, the product is of the usual Brabantia standard, but we do feel that there has been some cost cutting going on as the metal seems thinner than our previous items, giving a rather 'tinny' impression of the product. This may cause us to look at other manufacturers next time we need a similar item, rather than go straight to Brabantia as first choice?

Received a dented bread bin, scrath on the black plastic. Fall front idea is great and it looks smart in the kitchen, expect better quality.

Good bread bin
