Chair blah

I’m sorry I bought it, it is very flimsy and is not comfortable. My back is aching from using it. All the massage and heat and buttons work as they are supposed to, but with an uncomfortable chair it doesn’t do much good. The previous one I had was overstuffed and very comfortable but the electronics failed after 12 years, not bad I guess.
