This chain is very dainty. Images are so deceiving. I don’t think I can hang any charm on this chain without it breaking. I am returning!

Necklace was a Mess!

If I could rate no stars… the delivery was late. Got several texts saying one day and then finally an admission that it would be late. When I opened the delivery box it contained a small pouch. The chain wasnt closed and NOT secure. So fragile, I gave up trying to untangle. Taking it back. Used to enjoy shopping at Macys.

Annoyed and dissapointed.

I ordered a 14k White Gold Necklace, 16" Light Rope Chain (1mm) and at the time of getting my invoice or receipt, it described the chain as a Box Chain. Before the checkout, I made a copy of my order; this is when I realized the switch in the type of chains. Sad, upsetting, and disappointing. There were no choices to rate as I would have liked, but if I hadn't marked 1 star; I would have not have an opportunity to submit the review.
