My son plays hockey and uses it to get balance / stability workouts in and warmup in. Also works well for my husband and I to get more difficult workouts in. 100% recommend this.

Pretty Good!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked this product. I was able to balance fairly well on it, although i do with it wasn’t so wobbly but it’s not bad. I would definitely use this in a home gym! The yoga ball on it was very soft and setup was easy!

Game Changer!!

Effective and easy to use balance trainer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The BOSU NexGen Balance Trainer is a nice addition to my Pilates studio. It’s a great tool for improving balance, of course, but also for adding challenge to other strength training exercises. Having used the original version of the BOSU ball years ago, the updated design is a big improvement. I really like the matte material - the original version is more shiny and slippery, although it’s easier to clean. The textured design definitely helps with grip and positioning. I’d definitely recommend this balance trainer for fitness novices and professionals, and everyone in between!

Great tool for balance and coordination

I definitely recommend starting slow and getting used to it. I have now progressed to the point that I am able to balance and use weights at the same time. It really is a game changer.

Definitely recommend

I had no issues blowing it up. I have really bad balance and am trying to lose a little weight. This has been really helpful at working on balance, and I love that the site has so many workout options for someone just starting out.
