I love this couch

I have had this sofa since September 2019 and has withstood 3 moves. My husband, pup and I still love this couch and enjoy watching TV on it almost every night. It is great for using it as a twin bed too if you find yourself needing an extra bed for company. The material and cushions are made very well, it for sure has some wear on it from using it all the time and having our fur baby taking naps on it but overall, I can't say enough about this couch!

Impressive quality for the price paid. Easily 2-3x higher at other stores. Substantial in size and weight- extremely comfortable.

reading the reviews, looks like they became negative in 2020. is it possible the manufacturer changed the fabric?

don’t waste your money

My thoughts: extremely uncomfortable, you can’t cozy up in this sofa, the fabric is horrendously rough and static like you can’t believe. I have the soft too and I’m currently searching to replace them although I’ve only had them 2 years. Don’t buy!

Low Quality, Horrid Customer Service

It looks like this sofa has been discontinued, but if it ever comes back, buyer beware! This is a sofa that is meant to sit there and look pretty. I have had this sofa for a little over a year and there is massive pilling and wear to the fabric and the frame sounds like it is breaking whenever I sit on it. I'm a small woman who lives alone so it should bit have this much wear in a year. In addition the customer service at Macy's for furniture is HORRIBLE! The day that I was supposed to receive my sofa, it never came. After waiting on line for ages, I was told my sofa had been lost. How in the heck does one lose a sofa??? Added to that they were rude, unhelpful and made me feel like I was bothering them when they lost my sofa. Bottom line - Macy's is not the place to buy any furniture.

Beautiful but, but...

I have had this chair for about a year now, used it mostly since March 2020 but the cushions have lost their firmness and shape. As someone mentioned in the comments, it it a beautiful chair but not for everyday use.

Waste of money!

Own it, before the year was up the cushions lost firmness and frame is sagging. I was talked into buying extended warranty, it was useless. I tried to have the charge reversed. They took all the information and I never got a response. If you want a show sofa it is perfect... If you are actually going to use it...I will recommend you not to buy it...it will disappoint. I feel like I was swindled.
