I’ve never been more frustrated with an online shopping experience. After placing my order, I repeatedly contacted supervisors about delays and was assured my order would arrive on a specific date. Instead, I received an email stating my order was canceled due to being “out of stock. What’s worse? The same item is still listed on the website—just at a higher price. This feels like a bait-and-switch tactic, and it’s completely unacceptable.

I ordered this suit while was with an extra discount and later they cancelled my order saying that was "out of stock", while it was still available at Macys website on the following day with the higher price tag of course. This item was supposed to be shipped directly from the Hugo Boss, but they never shipped it, instead they cancelled the order! Very disappointing experience!
