I like the noise cancellation works great
Great headphones quality great sounds great their just a flaw in them I take the bus and for some reason on the bus on a bumpy road or if the bus drives over a pot hole the headphones make a horrible vibration noise in my ear and I am not the only one other people told me they have the same headphones and they all get the horrible vibration noise while wearing these headphones on bumpy roads .

Great with one shocking part
I have been in the BOSE & in the APPLE ecosystems for years. I decided to change my earbuds from Apple to Bose. The Bose buds are very comfortable and look great. The sound is typical Bose - deep base etc. You are either a fan or you are not. The EQ works well in reducing the base when needed. I love the sound. Now the shocker!. The case is made of cheap plastic, the lid is flimsy, and no mag charging. Come on Bose this is not good enough for such an expensive premium product. You have premium buds in a case that even TEMU would be embarrassed by the poor quality. You can do better.

Buyer's remorse
When they work, they are great. However, I been having an issue with these earbuds, and the case, being non-responsive, no lights, no sounds, nothing. They're fully charged and the only way for these earbuds, and the case, to do something is to put the case on the charge cord for a few seconds and then they are all responsive with lights lighting on the case and everything works until it goes inactive. I'm not sure what's going on but I shouldn't be having issues with a well-known brand at the price point I purchased these QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds. I've bought Bose products before and this is the first time I'm having buyer's remorse. I will be returning these very soon.

Great sound
Excellent sound quality, and surprisingly clear mic. Docked a star for some instability staying connected to phone calls (no issues on computer, though) and sometimes getting a slight headache from the ANC.
