Hard to figure out
I had this device for about a week now. It's a bit hard for me to figure out. I'm getting by though. The sound is great. I had to get a wifi extender to use this in the backyard, as intended. So far I'm pleased with my purchase.

No features
I don’t like the fact it doesn’t connect to the app, I don’t like the fact Google assistant never works, but most of all I don’t like the Bluetooth which breaks up! Apple has issues with Bluetooth too so who knows who’s at fault; all I know is JBL works fine!

Poor buttons
Add this speaker for a couple of years. Issues are the button identification is difficult if you have poor eye sight. Also when you run your fingers over the buttons you cannot differentiate between them. We have recently stuck a red dot on the volume up button. This is also helpful is the lights are off and what to use the volume buttons instead of asking Alexa to turn the volume down.

I've had my Bose Smart Speaker for a few years. It's sound quality is immaculate! The integration of popular smart assistants allows me to control my home and listen to music from one convenient device. And, it's portable!
