too loose a fit

This is a beautiful black sandal. I have dozens of Born shoes in size 10. But this one fit too loosely, mainly in the toes of the right shoe. My big toe keeps sliding to the left and hanging off the shoe. It's just not snug enough to hold my feet and feels loose. I am a 10.5/42. Very sad to return as it really looked nice and well-made.
