No label attached and wrong size

One of the two pairs of pants we have purchased came without brand label and price tag attached, indicating that it is an item returned by another customer. Worse, the size of the pants is wrong: the size we want is 30 x 32 but the actual size we have received is 30 x 34. As a result, we have returned this item for a refund.
