The roast and coffee are very good. I wish the bags were labeled with the roast date and some information about the region where the beans were grown. The label only has the country of origin,

Coffee this week, my journey

I tried each of the flavors in the world tour sample pack and it's hard to decide which one was my favorite. They were all good and smooth, but each one had a different note to it. I like to add a dollop of creamer so that changes the flavor a bit. The Sumatra blend was probably the most enjoyed because it is a dark roast. I had it in my Irish Cream mug (which I LOVE) and with a splash of moo and it was enjoyable even as it cooled. Thanks for doing the sample packs; it helps to try a blend before committing to a large bag!

It is hard to rate this.

Ethiopia beans, at least in the bag I received, were not up to my expectation (I would have to pick out 2g ish of bad beans from every 20g; and the flavor is not as developed after trying different grind sizes and drippers). It could just because of the specific batch. Other bags are fine (although I have not opened the Sumatra bag).
