Not a Bodum issue

The mugs are awesome, and it is weird how light the glass is. At first, I thought they were plastic. I would give this order 4 stars BUT the people who pack for Macy's are horrible and a mug arrived broken because the main Macy's box was not properly packed. The Bodum box had each mug wrapped in bubble wrap but one still broke due to the Bodum box placement in the Macy's box with other items in the order. I am very disappointed and don't want the inconvenience of going to the store to return all 6. One of the bummers of ordering online.
