Bob does a great job!
We bought Bob to help out during the pandemic when our housekeeper went on lockdown. We have a German Shepherd who loses her entire coat twice a year and sheds in between. Bob does a great job vacuuming up her fur and dust. I especially like the mopping pad feature because all I have to do is spray the floor with Bona and send Bob to mop it up. Before I leave Bob alone to do a job, I do make sure his pathways are clear and there is nothing that he can get stuck under. That will assure his success and ability to return to his charger. Now that my housekeeper has returned, I think she's a little jealous of Bob:-).

Stuck on everything too tall
This got stuck on cabinets and under dining chairs. Having owned a few of the robots this is by far the worst. It is just too tall. Had it been an inch shorter would have been fine. But it just keeps pushing under until it is stuck. I would not waste money on this item.

Great vacuum!
I love this! It makes my life so much easier as a mom. It does a great job and the charge lasts a decent amount of time. My only complaint is that I feel like it misses some spots because it doesn’t follow a specific pattern. Overall, though I am very impressed!

I love that there’s a mop function! Picks up well! If you have thick rugs it may not go over them.

Fantastic for a house with 2 kids and 3 dogs!
I’ve had my BoB for several months now and it’s fantastic! He does a very thorough job. And i love that he returns to his charging station when finished. My house is older and he sometimes gets stuck under the cabinets in the kitchen. Otherwise I’d give him full 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
