Sticky at best

So bummed that when I got this lipgloss that I opened two of them and they were somewhat dry and sticky. So I think they were expired, which is probably why they were on sale.

Sticky!

This lip oil does not glide on. Instead, it's just sticky, not like a soothing oil be any means. I've never tried to return makeup, but this will be my first attempt.
