VERY DISAPPOINTED! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I never received this jacket but I receive a review! I received email notification that items were delivered, I phoned Macy's not once but twice and was told my missing items would be sent out and I would receive them in 2-3 days. I then received an email that these items were out of stock. I spent HOURS on the phone with Macy's to determine why this happened received no acceptable answer. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I now have one very disappointed toddler.

Awesome Bluey Coat

I purchased this for a friend of mine because her little boy loves Bluey. He fell in love with it. I’m sure she will have a hard time getting it off of him. It was definitely worth it.

BUTTON TORE OFF FIRST DAY

The jacket is cheaply made and thin as wind. They’re thicker and better at Walmart and target.

Bluey jacket

Love the bluey jacket, cant get my great grandson to take it off, he is a 2 year old and watches bluey all day'! The quality is absolutley great for the price of the jacket. I am ordering my 4 year old one for Christmas. PH
