Blue Diamond10" Open Fry Pan

Disappointed

I bought this a little over a year ago, following directions for care, and it was ok, but not as great as expected; then started getting worse with more and more use. Two weeks ago I was browning some ground meat and it just stuck to the pan and I still can't get it clean with the recommended ways to clean. I do not put it in the dishwasher or use abrasives on it. I am very disappointed in this product because I have a Blue Diamond saucepan that I have never had a problem with, ..cleans fine in the dishwasher or just by hand.

Good Frypan

Very nice frypan works great.

SLOW cooking times LOW heat only

4 out of 5 stars because it can only be cooked on temperatures below med heat. Thus cooking time is tripled. My last similar pan could cook on high so long as turned up slowly. Apart from that the Pan is sturdy and solid. Handle is attached firmly and stays cool when cooking. The smooth inside nonstick surface has been fantastic!

When first used thiese pans they were great, but after a few usages even if I spray oil, the eggs stick terribly. I also somehow have a chip in the surface. Not happy with these pans at all.

Blue Diamond enhanced non-stick frying pans

I bought a 10” and a 12” Blue Diamond the week before Christmas 2023 they both stick first use in them, I want buy any more, they seem to be plenty sturdy, but you will tear a egg up or even a pancake trying to get it out! They do make good paper weights lol

It's not really a non-stick pan

at first try, frying an egg sunnyside up its great doesn't stick just like the video. But at a 3rd try it sticks like crazy. You have to oil it pretty much to make it works.

Sad

I bought this pan 8 months to a year ago and the coating has chipped off exponentially, it says you can use metal utensils but that’s just false advertising. The non stick part is great/ built well, it’s just the ceramic is not durable.
