Great Blender with preset options

I bought this to replace my old blender that was dying. I love the program options especially for smoothies which I use daily. I also love how well it blends everything up, raw nuts and tough fibrous veggies, and ice cubes...it works like I expected it to for a high power blender. And I had high standards after having a vitamix for almost 15 years. The one thing I don't like is the size of the pitcher, too small compared to my old vitamix, I can't make as many servings of smoothies at once. The lid is kind of flimsy also, it sometimes comes loose when blending at high speeds. I have to hold the lid down with one hand.

Smooth smoothies

I have had several different brands of blenders, but they never seemed to blend things as smooth as I wanted them to. Until I got a Blendtec! I love it! It is so powerful. I love that I can throw everything in there, turn it on, and walk away. And then I come back to a deliciously smooth smoothie. It’s easy to use and easy to clean. Totally worth the money!
