What an Order Nightmare!!!!

Never received this item. Package came with only the package of socks in it...other 4 items were missing. Called Customer Service. They promised to resend the missing 4 items express. 1 item came today...dinosaur pajamas but the wrong size (3T) was sent when I ordered (4T). Called Customer Service. Told them I wanted the 4T, did not want a credit. Person assured me I would get a 4T. After call, received email saying I had to return the 3T and I wouldn't get a credit for it until I returned it. Called Customer Service. They are sending a 4T but I still have to go through shipping back the 3T. I said I will go to the store tomorrow and try to straighten this nightmare out. I have been a Platinum customer of Macy's for many years. Never seen such a mess with shipments. Twice in the past 6 months I received packages that were empty. On top of that, I can't even view my credit card bill because the system has been down and I probably charged $1300.00 in the store over the weekend???
