The packaging could have been better. Why would you not bubble wrap or secure something so delicate. I love the product and try to support black businesses but to receive my items broken because of this is unacceptable and I will NEVER order from this company again because of this. Even with reading all these reviews saying their items were received broken, this company DID NOT try to correct this issue. It will cost more to send it back so I'll take the loss.
Arrived Broken
I was hoping that my item wouldn’t arrive broken after reading another review. Unfortunately, it arrived broken and I had to return it along with several other pieces in this collection that were also broken. The packaging or should I say lack of was awful. One would think that bubble wrap would’ve be used to insure that the items would arrive intact. Also, it might would have been helpful if the outside box was labeled “FRAGILE”. So sad that I had to return.

Pretty/broke up in delivery
It’s beautiful,I bought the stockings and mug earlier in the month, waited for the bowl to go down in price. After a lengthy delivery it came broken, I will try to repurchase it at the sale price. Its my grandkids favorite color and will match their other cooking appliances
