A taste of Canada

Very tasty extra sharp cheese spread, not overpowering. Good on a variety of crackers. My mother was Canadian and this cheese was always served in our house. Happy to find it in South Florida. Thank you.

Yum!

I will buy this again. I bought 2 to try as maybe gifts for the holidays. I will be using as gifts. The flavor is rich but not bitey like some sharp cheddar. I reccomend this oroduct.

Not great!

Nothing like the actual black diamond cheddar cheese. This was too salty and no one in my family liked the taste. Waste of money. We will try using it up as pasta sauce.
