A Definite Buy
This machine is so good it's scary. It sliced a whole cucumber in less than two seconds. The blades are very sharp, it's easy to put together and wash, and it is much quieter than my old unit. Highly recommend.

Lid broke after 10 uses.
I purchased this processor to help mix ingredients. It works great but has a major flaw. A tab broke off of the lid near the handle and now it wont turn on. The tab on the lid is a safety and is aparently very fragile. No replacement option available. Lids online are half the cost of a new machine. Never buying Black and Decker products again! Its sad too, the machine worked great! Do better.

Came broken
I bought this one week ago. Went to use for the first time and it will not come on. The outlet works, it is not over packed, trying to make hummus. Went over the instructions multiple times and can not get it to work. Definitely a waste of money.
