0!! To an Undelivered and false offer Vacuum!!

I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED, Because the Courier's DOORDASH, that deliver the products, published that they already deliver when IS OBVIOUS THAT THEY ARE NOT, and Even Speaking to Macy's and they telling Me to wait, they NEVER DELIVER THEM, and NEVER RESPECT THE OFFER THEY ADVERTISED. Always Macy's Do this when advertise offers, NEVER IS TRUE.

Have used it once and it did very well, easy to clean , the head of the vacuum is very cheap plastic , but as long as it works

pleasantly surprised

At first I wasn't sure that I wanted to buy this vacuum because I had another brand before and it was too light even if I used it for bare floor. Now, I am super happy that I bought it. it picks up everything, not heavy and using it and it has a very long cord. love it!
