Poor Battery Life

Battery started fading quickly after about 6 months of use, then refused to hold a charge after 8. Stuck it the garage hoping to fix it. Now I have time time but can’t find a replacement battery anywhere, part N509670. I’ll update the post if/when I figure it out.

Horrible

Got this a while ago, just now able to use it. Hasnt worked at all. Motor is fried already, the roller wont turn, constantly says brush is jammed. Contacted B&D to find out about replacement and was basically told oh well we dont make it anymore so youll have to find parts elsewhere. Dont think ill be purchasing anything from B&D anymore after this experience. They dont stand by their products.

Don’t waste your money

I was gifted this for Christmas a couple years ago and it never really worked correctly. Def not a great option for carpets. At this point it won’t even hold a charge and even when it was it would leave a ton of Debris on my wood floors and hardly pick up anything. Safe to say I just ordered a competitive brand and I’m hoping for a more quality product.

Won’t eject collection tank

Owned this for about 6 months now it won’t eject the collection tank Black & decker offered a refund as I was told they no longer make pet hair vacuums In order to get the tank out I have to press very hard on eject

Didn't even last a year.

I got this vacuum for Christmas (2017) and it worked great for few months but then one front side sweeper brush stopped working and now back in October it has stopped charging. I used it at least 4-5 time a week but it lasted very short time. I don't have a receipt so can't even return it.

Great for Hardwood Floors

This has been a lifesaver. Our dog sheds like crazy and this unit, with its large dust bin, is more than up to the task. Our floors have never looked cleaner.

GREAT QUALITY!!!!!

If you want bang for your buck, then I highly recommend vacuum!!! I have used this vacuum roughly 20 times in the past 2 months and it will works great every time leaving my floors spotless!!!
