Horrible chemical smell

My old toaster oven broke and I was very excited about this toaster oven. Love everything about it . But when I turned it on toaster function to try it for the first time, my whole kitchen smelled like chemical . At first I thought that some products do have this smell when new so I decided to keep it open and air it out . Tried it the next day , same chemical smell . Day 3 - same issue . After 5 days I gave up and returned it . Very disappointed . Not too many companies make toaster ovens with non-toxic interior .

Black and Decker Toster oven

The toaster oven I purchased was not as large as it seemed to be. It said six slices and I have a four slice toaster oven and it’s larger than what this six slice toaster oven is so I returned it.

Good small toaster oven

This toaster was Ben is great. It is small but fits two large prices of toast. Also it heats up quick and does not get too hot on the outside of toaster. I will keep it.

My delivery

My reason why I provided such a low review, I was at home, the package was dropped off, NO ONE rang the bell. It was just left there by the door. It's when the UPS deliveryman came and saw it when he arrived, and made a statement "that's what they do with their packages", just drop off and leave without notifying the people that there's a delivery. SAD....VERY UNCOMFORTABLE WITH THE SERVICE. That's what they do....JUST DROP YOUR PACKAGE OFF and left without notifying you that there's a package at the door......NOT HAPPY AT ALL. I'm a senior and anyone could have come in the gate and take my package that was already PAID FOR.........!!! Neighbor picked it up and brought it in for me. I would recommend to a friend, but I didn't like the service I received with my delivery
