False Advertising

This same product was listed back when I purchased it as a toaster oven with AIR FRYER. In the original description (see pic) it says so as well and pictures for the model on th website and on the product box itself include an air fryer basket. I am not the only one who was duped (see other reviews). Now the description is updated not to say air fryer but it was still false advertising when it did. Instead what we got was a chintzy toaster oven that steams up easy and burns quickly compared to our old B&D. The material is also very flimsy. Macy's should be ashamed. I want a refund for this.

Very disappointed

The Balck &Decker multi-function toaster oven is just plain cheap looking and doesn’t function well at all. I’ve tried it twice with the same dismal results. Also, no convection option. Don’t buy it.

This toaster oven is a piece of s’’t. Poorly made and the racks don’t even slide in. Don’t get this one!
