The Paella Pan I Have Been Searching For…

After much trial and error I have landed on the perfect paella pan. I have finally created a paella with a beautiful, golden brown, perfectly crusty socarrat. I have tried aluminum, cast iron, stainless steel, and enameled cast iron. This pan beats them all. Clean-up is a breeze as well.
