Leaking

New product bought last month. First time using it. Water not depending to shampoo carpet. took it apart part 2x and spoke to Bissell and found the leak coming from the reclining pedal.

Good purchase

Light weight and easy to use. Did a great job on my area rugs. Although I vacuum several times a week this cleaner picked up enough dog hair that I could have knitted a small dog. I let the rugs dry outside.

Excellent cleaner!

I don’t have the highest of hopes but I was pleasantly surprised. This lightweight steam cleaner is a life saver. Excellent carpet cleaner for tough areas.

Bissell pet heat pro carpet cleaner

I would not recommend this cleaner. It doesn’t pick extract the water. The rollers were so rough it destroyed he pattern on part of my carpet. It would not run smoothly accros the carpet. So disappointed. I tried to call no they would do nothing about it. I hated the machine I WOULD NEVER BUY THIS PRODUCT

Disappointed

Just purchased this carpet cleaner and I’m very disappointed with it. Previously I had a Hoover brand and it lasted 20 years and was amazing. The only reason I had to purchase this one is because I took the other one apart to replace the belt and a few pieces broke when putting it back together. Which is very understandable with the age of it. I miss it for sure. This one does not do a thorough cleaning, it feels very cheap, the on/off button is in a poor spot and if your fingers are even a little wet it is hard to push being a slippery rubbery material. It is hard to see if water is still being pulled up due to the position of the handle on the collection container. Waste of money as I will be looking for a replacement. This time I’ll stick with the Hoover brand.
