Positive reviews must be fake
This does nothing but wet your filthy carpet so you are left with a wet and still filthy carpet that smells. Is because of the wetness.

No, need a commercial cleaner given room sizes.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Didn't receive the PowerFresh Steam Mop, so can't comment..... HydroSteam works ok, steaming process and buttons could be more intuitive.

Do Not BUY!!
I can't begin to describe what a piece of crap this is. The clean water tank holds less than a gallon of water which means many refill trips to clean an average bedroom, usually about 4. The recovery tank holds 1/2 that amount so you are looking 2x as many trips to empty the dirt water. The suction hose with any attachment barley picks up any water at all

I love this carpet cleaner
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was going to hire a professional carpet cleaning company, but decided to buy the steam cleaner instead so that I could continue using it over and over. It worked wonders on my carpet and tough pet stains. I love the ease of the functions, especially the brush and machine cleaning step! Very easy to use. It is a bit heavy, especially using on stairs, but it works so well that this wasn't a negative for me. I am so glad I took the chance and purchased this.

Broke after 2nd use
My dog peed on the floor so I was excited to use my carpet cleaner for the 2nd time ever only for the belt connected to the rollers to snap out only ten minutes of use now I'm afraid to turn it on because it sounds like it's going to blow up...

Quit working
I bought this in September and have only used it three times. Worked great at first and now it will no longer spray fluid on the maxsteam setting. The only setting I actually care to use.

Attachments are garbage
I bought this product thinking the attachments would work for stairs or upholstery but they don't. I would give the attachments a zero star they are nit even 15% as good as a standard shop vac. However the upright steam cleaner is fantastic and works great. I would give that a 5 star review. However the package is not what they advertise so an average of 3 stars is wat you get.
