Bissell.

I had a dirt devil shampooer and it wasn't working as well so I thought I would try Bissell shampooer and it's actually been working out pretty good. It's nice and light. It cleans really good. It makes your floor not slopping wet. So I give it five stars..

I would recommend and buy this product again and again!

I would hand down recommend this cleaner to anyone any day! It gets so much dirt and grime out of your carpet and sucks most of the water up right along with it!

Doesn't suck up ANY water

I bought this brand new. Wow, what a huge disappointment. The upholstery attachment doesn't suck up any water at all. I had to put towels on my couch for two days. Do not buy this. You will regret it tremendously. I don't know what design changes were made, but this is a scam product. Now I have to save up again to buy another brand. I'll never purchase any Bissell brand products ever again. As soon as the spin mop arrives that I ordered before I used this steam cleaner, I'm slapping the return label on it and paying the shipping to return it. Absolute garbage.

Releases all the cleaner while I was emptying dirty water

I have had this for 4 years but have only used it a doyen times and when I pull the trigger to release cleaner fluid it continues to release the fluid even after I release the trigger. I have to remive the bin from the machine to stop it from releasing the cleaner fluid. One day when I stopped the machine to dump the dirty water I came back to find that the fluid had ran out of the cleaner bin and soaked my carpet. Even if I would have used this more than a doyen time itvdoesnt seem that it would be not working after 4 years of use. Until that time I had no complaints about the machine. Very disappointed that it is not working anymore.
