Great Machine for Keeping House Clean
We use this constantly in our home. With 4 kiddos and two dogs there are accidents often. This machine is easy, convenient, and works wonderfully to get rid of messes.

New unit leaks
New, unused Little Green HydroSteam leaks from the clean water tank seal where it clicks into the base. I had to pay for the return shipping despite being sent a defective unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent machine. I'm in a new construction neighborhood in SC with loads of red clay. The dog tracks it in and jumps on the beige couch and chairs creating a definite mess. The Bissell HydoSteam did the job and solved the problem which will repeat itself. I figured buying the Bissell was considerably less expensive than repetitively hiring professional cleaners. The bonus is I've also found so many other uses for the HydroSteam. It simply makes sense to have it available anytime the need arises.

You have to hold it/not practical
Machine cleans well and is quiet. However, exhaust is at the bottom of the machine, so you have to hold it up to use it as it doesn't have wheels even though it has slots for it. Yes you can buy it separately, but it's not convenient if you want to use it right out of box. Not sure why it's even sold without wheels as it could burn the motor out is placed on floor while using. Add wheels and you get 5stars

It was just what I needed.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it. It does a great job and things dry quickly. It was a very good purchase for us where we have an older dog and sometimes need a quick cleanup. It is also great for cleaning grout and upholstery. A very good product that is easy to use and easy to clean.
