Do NOT waste your money on this cheap garbage

Water container is miniature. Doesn't even hold enough water to clean an entire room. Doesn't clean as advertised. Incapable of cleaning floor tile grouts. Doesn't heat water in water container. HUGE WASTE OF MONEY - USE A MOP FOR CLEAN FLOORS

So good I bought two :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I saw the Bissel Crosswave mentioned in a cleaning group as the "holy grail" of floor cleaners so I decided to give it a try. I am not disappointed! It vacuums and mops at the same time and does a great job! My floors look better than they ever have in a fraction of the time. I initially bought one as a gift for my son, but was so impressed I bought another for myself :)

Must have product for anyone with a lot of floors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this because it takes me several hours to vacuum and wash all of my floors. I use this now for hardwood, slate and porcelain floors- I have even tried it on low profiles carpets. Excellent performance- easy to clean - lightweight makes vacuuming and washing 7000 square feet of floors much faster. It can handle some large particulate- suction is excellent. Particularly good for bathroom floors. Allows me to clean the floors often and easily. Only downside is that the container fills up quickly but that's minor compared to the benefits.

Best floor cleaner and saves so much time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent cleaner! It replaced my vacuum and a mop and bucket. It is easy to maneuver around and under things. It cleans really well and vacuumed and washed at the same time!! The best part just like any other Bissell products that I own, is that it is so easy to take apart and clean all of the parts!

I love it but it's expensive and it only last 9 months .. I didn't purchase the warranty because it was pricing..

Not too messy, but very effective and easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have hardwood floors with low area rugs and it worked out great! I do wish there was a way to separate the liquid from the hair/dirt. Just makes it a little gross dumping the hair into the trash before emptying the liquid. It worked great transitioning between the area rug and the hardwood.

Doesn't work very well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first time I used it, it worked alright. Although it took a long time to get anything wet. Now, after about the third time using it, it will work for about 10 minutes. Then, it starts emitting puddles of filthy water. I do better just pouring the diluted soap and mopping up with swiffer.
