works great

Works great but it was delivered to the wrong address. Went to 5 1st ave instead of 5 2nd ave. It's a good thing I have honest neighbors/

Hungry vacuum

Not user friendly. Hard to adjust to floor type. Placed on medium for flat carpet and machine froze and wouldn’t move forward. After adjusting foot press it did move forward but I’m afraid some of the carpet fiber was pulled out. Never had this happen with a vacuum.

I have apartments that I must clean out when people move out and this vacuum is the greatest. Small, compact, light weight, powerful suction, inexpensive. I have purchased this model for years and it takes years before I need a new one. Best deal for the money.

Love this vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the same vacuum model for 9 years and I've always loved it. The bottom plate broke on my previous one after 9 years of use so I ordered a new one of the same model. I have always loved this vacuum and feel the same about the new one.
