I would recommend this product

My carpet hadn't been cleaned properly in a while, so I didn't know what to expect when I used my new cleaner for the first time. I have to say that I was pleased with the results. It has definitely been worth the purchase price.

Upright works great but portable does not suction

I really like the upright cleaner. By going over the carpet 4-5x it gets pretty dry. It's not too hard to use, though it's hard to clean. But the portable part is a disappointment. I can get water to flow, but I can't get it to suction the water back up so it's just leaving dirty water on the stairs. I don't see anything in the user manual to help me figure out what's wrong with it.

No thanks

Worked great for a few years now its POC. The container that holds water will crack and leak water. Bissell convinced me to buy another container so I did still dosent release water/chemicals correct. Got a new rug doctor LOVE IT so far.

Works better then expected.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! I never thought it would work so well. The Bissell ProHeat removed 3 years worth of stains from my car seats. Even my critical 15 year old son said " this is the best purchase you ever made" lol.

Great Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a great machine. Easy to use and cleans beautifully. Had a rough start missing screws for the handle but customer service handled it great. Would have also liked a users guide. Other than the little things, overall great machine.

Great machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice strong machine with great cleaning power. Only drawback is it did not suck up as much water as we had hoped so our carpet took longer than expected to dry. Will go over a few more times next time to suck up more of the water.
