Great attachments! Very pleased.

Rolls/glides very nicely. It's quiet! Usually my dog hates the vacuum, but he doesn't seem to mind this one. The attachments are great-they were ultimately my deciding factor between this and a Shark. The only negative thing I can say is that the hose pulls the base over when stretched even a little. It's annoying, but it isn't a deal breaker.

Worked one time only

I liked the way it handled; however, the brush tangled up immediately. I had to physically remove hair. The second time, it stopped completely. I had to box it back up and send back FEDEX.

I would buy this product again!!!!!

Carpet, hardwood floors and carpeted stairs every other day because I own to very large dogs that shed often.

LOVE this vacuum

We have two dogs, plenty of pet hair, and dirt that I bring into the house from working outside daily. We were looking at Dyson and other cordless vacuums and I am so happy we went with this vacuum instead as we need serious power to keep our place clean! It's light and swivels like a charm. We love it!

Broken with Two dogs

First off, I hate to be a Negative Nancy, but we have two Huskies, and received this vacuum as a wedding present to each other with some gift cards that we were gifted. After only a year, the suction is down, there's a gigantic tear in the very short hose, and now the carpet rotator has stopped working completely, so it's ineffective on carpet floors and rugs now. Thankfully we have mostly hardwood with a room that's carpet that's off limits to the pups and a few area rugs, but those are now not able to get clean because of the carpet tool not working and suction losing power. For the price we paid, we should've purchased a robot vacuum and a smaller vacuum we could charge up once a week and run it. Lesson learned. Very frustrating.

Wish I had bought sooner

I have used twice. I have two cats and am flabbergasted at how much debris it has picked up. I realize now that my old vacuum (a Bissell) was over due to be replaced.
