Not happy and don’t recommend

Absolutely terrible. The steam doesn’t work and it doesn’t wash. It only vacuums 😩

Great quick clean/Short life span

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this product but it doesn't last for longer than 6 months. I've gone through 4 of these in 2 years. This product is overpriced for the lifespan.

Waste of money

I've owned this product for a year. Shortly after I bought it I noticed it was leaking. I've used it several times and it leaks so much it just soaks the floor and the bad. Today I had my husband look at it and he said the tank is busted and it's not replaceable or serviceable. I definitely expect better from this company and a product at this price point.

I woyld buy another JUST TO GET A CORDLESS VERSION.

It is my go to daily hard surface cleaner, especially get for someone with limited mobility EXCEPT FOR THE HASSLE FROM THE CORD. It is ALMOST PERFECT!

I'M IN LOVE!

WOW! I was so surprised at this machine. The vacuum is strong and didn't choke on the massive amount of dog hair it was sucking in. The steam mop didn't make the dirt being vacuumed wet at all. My floors look fantastic and I know they are sanitized at the same time. I LOVE this thing! Also, just a suggestion but could you please come out with a cordless version?

Great for a few uses then leaks just like the first Bissell

This is the second Bissell we tried. I loved the first one while it worked but it didn't last long. It started leaking but I thought it was user error. I followed the directions to the letter for this one and it still leaks until empty after only having it for 6 months. I am so disappointed and cannot understand how it has such high ratings unless people review it early on and just never update their reviews. I really really liked this steam vac when it worked - it made the floors look amazing! But after being burned twice in less than three years I cannot see how a different one would end up being any different.

I really wanted to LOVE this product but it fell short

I really wanted to LOVE this product as I waited about 6 months before I could buy it, but sadly it fell short of my expectations. I love that the cloths are very secure when using the mop. I had a cheaper steamer before and the clothes attached by a tiny piece of velcro and always came off within a minute of use. I also love that I don't have to sweep or vacuum first, this really cuts down on time and makes it more enjoyable to use. I have used it for the last 3 weeks in a row (once a week since I purchased it) vs. once a month with my other steamer due to the hassle of using it. But the mop head is square doesn't swivel so it's hard to get into hard to reach corners, behind the toilet and under the kitchen cabinets for example. It also doesn't really scrub the floor even with the scrubber cloth attached. So I never truly get my floors completely clean. It seems like the wheels on the back of the mop really get in the way of any attempt to scrub the floor. I also don't like that you can't empty the water tank. One other annoying factor that wouldn't bother me as much if the product worked better is the clip on the end of the power plug that is supposed to keep the cord secure doesn't actually clip on, so it just falls off and the cord swings around. There is another clip on the top of the steamer close to the handle so I can secure the cord there, but it would be nice to also secure the cord using the clip on the end of the plug as it was designed. Overall I don't hate this product but it did really fall short of my expectations and I wish I would have purchased a better steamer/vac.

No no no. Just no.

This machine can't handle the job. We have brand new hard floors, so I really wanted a steam mop and vacuum combo for a good deep clean. After vacuuming the entire first floor with the steam mop function on high, there's somehow almost nothing in the vacuum debris tank. It's like it just scooted the particles around on the floor instead of sucking them up. I've just got piles of dirt in every corner now. In fact, the purple bristles on the bottom of the mop got wet from the steam and all the dirt stuck to them forming a wet dirt cement. So now the mop is just kind of disgusting, and I'm going to have to clean the actual mop now? I wanted to SANITIZE my floor, not push some wet dirt chunks around. *gags* This is not at all how I thought this was going to go after dropped over $200 on this thing.
