came broken via shipping

Terrible experience Witt shipping, chain came broken. Took to Montgomery mall to exchange they had no in stock, and didn’t want to give me another similar as an exchange

Thin and light. Better value at different retailer

Thin and light. Better value at different retailer for comparable item. Gold color was "off". Yellow gold was (way) brighter yellow compared to other 14kt yellow gold necklaces.
