Excellent Birkenstock shoe

Due to a bunyon, I have at least 10 pair of Birkenstock, mostly Mayari. I also own the Boston, which fits wide and is probably unisex, and the unlined Buckley buckle. I can attest that Birkenstock is the perfect shoe for my situation. The Utti looked very small out of the box. Once I put them on and walked a bit they started to stretch to fit my foot, but not too much. Because I own a pair of the two-piece insoles with the cork, I decided to switch out the insoles and try the old ones for some added room with my thin Smartwool socks. This worked perfectly! I wore them all day with no problems. BTW, I put the new insoles in my size 8 Hey Dudes without the cork, and that worked out well, too. The size I wear in Birkenstock is always 38, so for me, these were true to size. Due to these being suede, I did spray the outside with silicone. What a great purchase! I can highly recommend the Birkenstock Utti.

Perfect fit

Extremely comfortable with the amazing Birkenstock support. I was happy to find an enclosed heel to provide more stability. They are roomy across the toe box.
