Never Got It

Asked to review the product but unable to, as never received. Confirmation of shipping email arrived, but tracking number indicated it had still not gone to shiping carrier (postal) - this went on for 17 days. First call to customer service said she would "put a tracking on the post office" and after numerous attempts to explain (while asking her to please look at tracking info) that the post office did not even have it, as it was still in Macy's possession, I finally gave up and politely ended the call. I waited 4 more days and finally opted for on-line communication and the item was refunded to my account. Between non-existent shipping, erroneous email communication, and poor customer service, this was a frustrating experience. I wound not have posted, but Macy's asked for a review . . .

Best Pool Slides

The best pool slide ever. I have purchased many styles and they fall apart. These are perfect and not expensive. I wear 37 normally size 7 and they stay put no slipping or sliding. Purchased black and white.
