Other occasion to buy:So disapointed in Macy's customer service.

Great item but difficult to Exchange the Size.

I ordered online but they were too big, so I went to the store to exchange for smaller size. The 2 people in Oak Brook, IL looked at me with deer in headlights. I had to go to the men's dress shoe area and then I was taken care of on July 3. Still have not received new size being shipped from east coast. No one answers the phone at any store to take care of it's customers. I would have drove to Orland Park to pick up size but no one answers the phone. I called Macy's Oak Brook while in the store and no one answers. No one knows how to do anything except ring a purchase. Horrible process to order / exchange this item from Finish Line. Staff is not trained to be on the floor.

poor quality

The sandals were not the correct size. They looked like they had already been worn. The black marks meant they were worn. The box was completely broken. The box for the sandals was held together by just an elastic band. For the price of the sandals, I think it's a steal.

To wide!

I didn’t realize there were wide sizes. I received a wide size, had to strap it all the way to the last buckle. Can’t return now because I wore them. Never asked for a wide.
