Joint pain minimized greatly

I purchased the 180 capsule bottle of the omega 3, and prior to starting them, I had been depending on ibuprofen almost daily for joint pain at 40 years old, I didn’t notice at first but looking back, I have not needed ibuprofen once since I have started taking these. It wasn’t excruciating pain I was in, more like dull and throbbing, but these capsules have helped amazingly! I am also sleeping better, for reference I began taking d3 w/K2 as well as vitamin e capsules at the same start time as these.

Best Omega 3! Helps kids focus!

This is the best Omega 3 with highest amount of DHA/EPA and so affordable. This helped my son in first grade and my 7 yr old nephew focus with just one per day. Before kids learn how to swallow, just poke with a push pin and squirt into yogurt or just into mouth directly. It’s the food our brain needs. BioSchwartz is a fantastic brand. I also take their B-complex.
