Size chart provided online is inaccurate.

The size chart provided in the item description is inaccurate. I ordered a size large 14/16 based on that size chart and when the item arrived, it was too small. The price tag on the item has its own size chart and it does not match the one provided online. According to the paper size chart attached to item, size 14/16 is XL. Fine print says I cannot return to store and it must be sent back to vendor but there is no paperwork provided in the package.
