Never ordering here again

I placed my order on Nov 15,2024, here it is Dec 4,2024 & I still do not have my jacket. All the tracking is saying is “label has been created, UPS do not have the item as of yet”. I wish I had taken advantage of other retailers Black Friday deals on coats/jackets maybe I’ll have my purchase by now. This was my 1st and last time ordering from Macy’s. This makes my 2nd time writing this review. The 1st one wasn’t posted, hmmmm I wonder why Macy?

Review

Placed the order on Nov. 16, as of Nov. 18 tracking information still said “label created”. I contacted Macy’s customer service who contacted the seller, Luxury Lane. Was informed by Luxury Lane that if I didn’t receive my order by Nov. 29 I could either reorder or request a refund. I requested a refund because I wasn’t given an explanation as to why if a label was created where was the jacket. Did not receive the jacket and ordered one from elsewhere.
