Worst Purchase

I purchased a nine west sandal and a dress to go for engagement party but I was sent two used items. The dress was worn and so were the sandals. The dress had loose thread hanging out of the arms and the right side of the dress. In total I purchased eight items and I received only six of them. My package was missing a dress and a hat. I also payed two day shipping so I could receive them all together and early.
