Poor sizing quality control

Original order was 14W and exchanged for 16w to have a little more room, 16w was 2 sizes tighter than the 14w! Only thing bigger on it was about 3 inches in length. So wanted this dress to work and disappointed!

Damaged

Dress had obvious hole on it. I know Macys often shops items from various stores stock, they need to do a better job at inspecting. This is not the first item I’ve received damaged.

Weddings Gown Disaster!

I picked this beautiful dress for my wedding that was in 25 days! It fit me very nice & the price wasn't bad. As beautiful as it is, I was also very disappointed. The dress that I tried on in the store had a run & a hole, so they shipped a new one to me, and as I opened the package I seen right away that it also was damaged, with 3 holes & snags! I had another one shipped & it arrived 2wks before the event, but that dress had a snag & 2 gaps in the seem, and at this point I was so hurt & heartbroken & out of time! So I returned it! This was my worse nightmare! If I would've known the dress was that delicate I never would have bought it! No bride or women wants to spend money on a dress that they have to be that careful in & have to worry all day weather or not if she moves the wrong way will she get a run, snag or hole in it! and God forbid if someone hugs them, that there's a chance it will get damaged! No dress/gown should be that delicate, weather its for a ball, a x-mas party, dinner or a wedding! So I wouldn't recommend buying it, because its wat to delicate!

Perfect gala dress

This is beautiful dress to use for a wedding, gala event, mother of the bride, etc. It is long, since it's kind of wrinkly "ruched" if you pull it up a little because it's long, you can't tell. Very comfortable, not itchy as I thought it might be.
