Beautiful dress

This is a beautiful dress. For petite it’s a bit too long for me. I am 5ft 1in. Also the zipper bulges up in the back. I think if I was a few inches taller I wouldn’t have these issues. Unfortunately I will be returning for these reasons.

Very Pretty but

Nicely make dress but...I bought a petite because I didn't want to have it hemmed (there's ruffles trailing down to the bottom and I knew this would make hemming very expensive). I'm 5'4" and this dress was still a good 6 inches too long, so even with heals I'd need to have it hemmed. Also...the top part was a little off for me.

Garden wedding guest - perfect!

I’ve got an upcoming wedding to attend. The requested clothing is “garden cocktail party.” After looking at various options, I ordered this dress (and several others). While this is style is outside of my comfort zone, I think it’s perfect for this occasion. The fit is as expected - although I typically wear Misses sizes (10 through 14), I opted for “Petite” because of other reviews describing how long the dress is. The lining only comes down to above the knees but I don’t see that as an issue. The dress will travel well for a destination wedding and it offers optionality for future wears. I’m beginning to work on footwear and am hopeful that the whole look comes together.

Beautiful but not petite enough

I really wanted this dress to work and even took it to a seamstress who let me know it was going to cost more to tailor the dress than what I paid for it. Being too long is an easy fix but the top would've had to be completely reconstructed to better fit my frame. I ordered a 14P and returned it after meeting with the seamstress.

Flamenco Dress Not Petite

The dress is very bold and flattering, but it’s not designed for petite women shorter than 5‘5“. I’m 5’1”, and the back zipper area bulges; the dress is super long even with high heels. For a moment, I even thought that I bought the wrong size, but no, size 4P is definitely not petite. I will return it.

I love this versatile dress. You could wear it for a day affair or glam it an evening formal.
