Bling ripped off on first use!

I love this purse. It's beautiful. The inside is a vibrant shade of pink. I was very excited when I got this on sale. On my first use today, I must have clipped one of the butterfly bling pieces while getting out of my car and it ripped out of the leather! I jammed it back into the leather and will use some pliers when I get back home to secure it more, but this shouldn't have happened within one hour of its first use. Very disappointed in that craftsmanship. Hopefully I can get it fixed properly since even on sale it was not exactly cheap!
