I love Betsy Johnson’s shoes however these particular shoes run very small and they are very difficult to walk in. These shoes are very painful. I do not recommend purchasing

Never received

I’ve been waiting for these shoes for almost a month. Everytime I call they just keep telling me the shoes are on the way. They don’t even track bus usps anymore so I just paid for shoes I never got and they don’t care. This is the second time ordering shoes from Macys with this exact same result if I could give zero stars I would
