Disappointing Service

Waited a week for these. On arrival, they sent the incorrect size, the shoe shows some signs of wear, but worst of all, THERE IS A SECURITY TAG ATTACHED! No complaint with the shoes, they look very nice. But EXTREMELY poor service by Macy's.

If you’re ordering the wide version of Betsey shoes beware. Our experience is that they are the exact same as medium. Now to send back.

Shame on you Macy's!!!

The shoes are beautiful. However, we ordered through the store to avoid getting the "display shoes". They mailed us the "display shoes" instead of a new pair. Shame on you Macy's!!!

Betsey Johnson sparkle

Wow are these shoes special. The glitz of the rhinestones does not disappoint. These shoes sparkle. I needed something really sparkly and I got it. It even came with spare rhinestones in case of a few lot stones. They are so comfortable.

Cute but TIGHT

Very cute shoes, was very excited for them. I saw the reviews said they were tight but I have veery narrow feet so I thought I would be fine. They are still too tight around my toes. The back part of the shoe is also very stiff.

Not what I expected

I really wanted to love these shoes, but they ended up being a return. I bought these to wear to my wedding. Not only were they extremely uncomfortable, but they looked really cheap in person. I have very narrow feet and my toes were so tightly squeezed I could not walk in them.
