HORRIBLE PURCHASE

I've only had these slippers for month and they have completely come apart. I can't believe how cheaply made they are. I am very disappointed and I need to know how I can send them back and get my money back. i will never purchase any of her slippers again. I actually love Betsy Johnson I have her heels, they are great but the slippers are HORRIBLE.

Nice but shedding

They are comfortable and look cute but so far they are shedding fuzzy stuff all over my house.
