Betsy Johnson boots

My granddaughter loves these fabulous boots - and best of all says they are comfortable! They run a little big but with socks are just fine. Really cute with jeans or a dress.

Gorgeous!

These booties are adorable! Betsy Johnson always has high quality, fabulous pieces. I have learned though, over many years to order up in size in her shoes and boots. I typically wear a 9.05 in closed toed boots or pumps. I'm 5'6. In Betsy's I wear a 10 and they usually work fine. Hope this gives a reference for others who haven't tried her apparel yet. I also often have heard ladies say a whole size up works best for them in this brand. I suggest trying her shoes for size when in the store before buying online. I love her stuff and learned the hard way, by ordering my regular size online the first time. Her's always pretty much run smaller! Once again Betsy did it! Love these booties! 5 Star all the way!!

Awesome Shoes! Great quality!

These shoes are fun, cute and comfy with a little sparkle! I read other reviews and sized up half size because toes are narrow. It was perfect! I was on my feet for hours with these and they didn't pinch or hurt a bit! Will definitely look at other Betsey Johnson shoes! Don’t think twice…just get them!

Very bad customer service, should be professionals

I was very frustrated after I completed my order I noticed that something was wrong, because normally after minutes they send an email confirmation but I didn’t received then I contacted customer service to make sure my order was placed correctly. Which it was a jock to do it because the gentleman who was supposed to assisted me was very unprofessional person he didn’t know how to assisted me. He always was smiling with a co-worker and jockeying and really he never was able to assisted me and he ended to canceled my order and just told to re-order. I was very up set because it never happens to me before as long as I have shopped at Macy’s
